Navy PRT Calculator – Calculate Your Score

The Navy Physical Readiness Test (PRT) is a mandatory fitness assessment for all Navy personnel, designed to evaluate physical readiness and overall health. The test consists of three components: push-ups, sit-ups, and a 1.5-mile run, each scored based on age and gender-specific standards. The maximum possible score is 300 points (100 points per event), with a minimum passing score of 150 points total and at least 50 points per individual event. Scores are categorized into four levels: Outstanding (270-300), Excellent (225-269), Good (180-224), and Satisfactory (150-179). The PRT is typically conducted twice yearly and serves as both a fitness assessment and a career advancement factor.
