- For Distance Calculation: Input the total time you plan to swim (hours, minutes, seconds) and your expected pace (minutes and seconds per 100 meters). The calculator will estimate the distance you can cover in that time at the given pace.
3. Click “Calculate”
After entering the required information, click the “Calculate” button to get your results.
