For Pace Calculation:

  • Enter the distance you’ve run or plan to run
  • Select the distance unit (miles or kilometers)
  • Input the total time in hours, minutes, and seconds

For Time Calculation:

  • Enter the distance you plan to run
  • Select the distance unit
  • Input your target pace in minutes and seconds
  • Choose whether your pace is per mile or per kilometer

For Distance Calculation:

  • Enter the time you plan to run in hours, minutes, and seconds
  • Input your target pace in minutes and seconds
  • Select whether your pace is per mile or per kilometer

3. Click “Calculate”

After entering all required information, click the green “Calculate” button to process your data.

The calculator will display your result in a highlighted box, providing:

  • The calculated pace, time, or distance
  • A brief explanation of the result

4. Examine the Pace Table

Below the main result, you’ll find a table showing estimated times and paces for common race distances (5K, 10K, Half Marathon, Marathon) based on your input. This feature helps you:
