How to Use the Instagram Engagement Rate Calculator

Step 1: Enter Your Follower Count

Input the total number of followers your Instagram account has in the “Number of Followers” field. This should be the current number of followers at the time of calculation.

Step 2: Input Average Likes per Post

Calculate the average number of likes your posts receive. To do this, look at your last 10-20 posts and find the average. Enter this number in the “Average Likes per Post” field.

Step 3: Add Average Comments per Post

Similar to likes, calculate the average number of comments your posts receive. Look at the same 10-20 posts you used for likes and find the average number of comments. Enter this in the “Average Comments per Post” field.

Step 4: Calculate Your Engagement Rate
