UET Aggregate Calculator
How to Use the UET Aggregate Calculator?
1. Select the Program
Begin by choosing the program you’re interested in from the dropdown menu. The options typically include “BSc Engineering / BS Computer Science” and “BS Mathematics and Physics”. This selection is crucial as it determines the weightage applied to each component of your academic record.
2. Enter SSC (Matriculation) Marks
Input your obtained marks in the SSC examination. This is usually out of 1100 marks, but if your total differs, you can adjust the “SSC Total Marks” field accordingly. The SSC score typically carries a weightage of 67% for engineering programs and 30% for basic science programs.
3. Enter HSSC (Intermediate) Marks
Next, enter your HSSC or A-Level obtained marks. Again, this is usually out of 1100 marks, but you can adjust the total if needed. For engineering programs, HSSC marks usually have a 50% weightage, while for basic science programs, they carry a 70% weightage.
4. Input Entry Test Scores
If you’re applying for an engineering program, you’ll need to enter your Entry Test scores. This is typically out of 200 marks, but you can adjust the total if necessary. The Entry Test usually carries a 33% weightage for engineering programs. For basic science programs, this field may not be considered in the calculation.
5. Calculate Your Aggregate
After entering all the required information, click on the “Calculate Aggregate” button
The calculator will show your final aggregate score prominently. Below this, you’ll find a detailed breakdown of the calculation, showing how each component contributed to your final score. This explanation helps you understand the weightage of each factor and how they combine to form your aggregate.
By following these steps, prospective students can easily calculate their UET aggregate score, gaining valuable insight into their standing for UET admissions. This tool serves as an essential resource for students planning their academic future in engineering and related fields at UET.
However, while this calculator provides a good estimate of your aggregate score, some programs may have additional requirements or considerations beyond just the aggregate score. Always refer to the official UET admission guidelines for the most accurate and up-to-date information.
